My goal is to keep bringing developments, affordable housing, playgrounds, more green space and new businesses to the 8th District. I will also fight to reduce taxes, especially real estate taxes, along with creating more programs for our seniors. Our schools need major upgrades, and I will fight for those upgrades and to support our wonderful teachers who have to teach in those conditions. Roads and flooding also need to be addressed and will be a priority.
Reduce taxes, especially Real Estate Taxes.

Fight for a Coliseum in our district, which will bring hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, and jobs for our citizens.
Reva is a strong advocate for the residents of the 8th district, working tirelessly to fight for their needs and interests. Her dedication and determination make her a valuable leader for our community.
Following the recommendations of the Green Team, Mayor Stoney and I recently proposed the creation of five new public green spaces on city-owned parcels in Richmond’s Southside comprising a total of 36 acres in order to improve access to green spaces for local residents.
Since 1998, I lead the charge for Collective Bargaining for City Employees. The SEIU we've been fighting for over 20 some years for collective bargaining for all of our city employees. We fought back in 1998. We got it passed IN 2023 with the help of all my colleagues and local Teamsters #322
